ITINERARY
This scenic tour takes you through Switzerland’s stunning landscapes, including a journey on the Glacier Express, visits to Chillon Castle and Zermatt, and unforgettable views of the Swiss Alps, with a final departure from Zurich.
Day 1 | Zurich – Vaduz – Davos (B/-/D)
Arrive at Zurich Airport and enjoy a scenic coach ride along Lake Zurich and Walensee to Landquart. Continue on to Davos via Klosters for dinner and overnight.
Day 2 | Davos – Chur – Brig (Glacier Express) (B/-/D)
After a short bus ride to Chur, board the world-famous Glacier Express for a breathtaking journey through the Swiss Alps. Take in stunning views of snow-capped mountains, traditional villages, and chalet-style houses as you ascend to the Oberalp Pass at 2,033 meters. Your base for the next three nights is the charming mountain resort of Brig. Dinner and overnight in Brig.
Day 3 | Brig – Montreux (B/-/D)
In the morning, travel to Lake Geneva and visit the medieval Chillon Castle, once home to the Counts of Savoy and immortalized in Lord Byron's Prisoner of Chillon. Afterward, enjoy some free time to explore Montreux before returning to Brig for dinner and overnight.
Day 4 | Brig – Zermatt (Gornergrat Bahn) (B/-/D)
Take a scenic trip to Zermatt, leaving the coach in Täsch to board a mountain train to this car-free alpine village beneath the iconic Matterhorn. From Zermatt, ride the Gornergrat Bahn, one of Switzerland’s most popular excursions, offering breathtaking views of the Gorner Glacier and surrounding peaks. Dinner and overnight in Brig.
Day 6 | Zurich (B/-/-)
Transfer to Milan airport for your departure.
